Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory availability, suspected fraud, incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Dirt Road Naturals is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related disruptions
- Missed delivery dates
- Service interruptions caused by UPS
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by UPS and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or canceled without refund of original shipping charges.
Dirt Road Naturals is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dirt Road Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by UPS.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact UPS directly to file a claim. Shipment details will be provided upon request.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only to the 48 lower states of the United States.
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain locations at our discretion.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
