Refund policy

At Dirt Road Naturals, all sales are considered final unless the conditions below are met. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, preference changes, or orders placed in error.

To request a return, email contact@dirtroadnaturals.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Shipping & Delivery Issues

All orders are shipped via UPS. Once an order is handed over to UPS, Dirt Road Naturals is not responsible for shipping delays, missed delivery dates, or lost packages caused by the carrier.

If a package is marked as “delivered” by UPS but cannot be located, the customer is responsible for contacting UPS to file a claim. We will provide shipment details upon request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photo documentation before approving a replacement or refund.

Failure to report damage or errors within this timeframe will result in the claim being denied.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution

We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If a return is approved, a replacement item may be shipped at our discretion or a refund may be issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Dirt Road Naturals is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
